I don't think can you can see what teach stream is playing OTB.
You just need to check through them all until you find the game you want. But it's always pretty clear and doesn't freeze that often.

Free app called Live Media Player.
Open that and search for Bein sports...most games are one of their channels.

You'll need to buy a browser app, I have Photon which is decent enough, had it for a couple of years and never really had an issue, not as responsive as safari but does the job.
